I would like to see feature x put into the game, will you do it?
Maybe. If it's a good idea and we like it we will consider it. If it comes up again from other people we will put it onto a TODO list. If people keep asking for it we will implement it as soon as we can.
Will it always be free?
Yes to a certain extent. Versions up to 0.9.5.1 are licensed under the GPL. Future version will be closed source but will still be free.
Why are you close sourcing it?
Due to a business model we chose it is necessary to. Yes, the game will always be free but you will be able to pay for expansion packs of sorts. More information will be available when the next release comes out.
